Hi


An order made from Australia and could see from EMS tracking that it's delivered from Incheon on 7 Feb. However I haven't received the items yet. Checked with Australia post but it seems not trackable here. (Is it supposed to be trackable from Australia as well?)


Can you please check what happened to the shipment? My order number is 150204-1821567113.
