Dear Sir
My order number is 141116-1624010611. Your website has been updating the status of my shipment from 'Shipped' to 'Delivered' since Saturday 22nd but I haven't got any package at all. I can't even find the tracking info from K-packet as it only said '000000000' in your website.
I'm wondering if the package got lost. Will be much appreciated if you can check or provide the tracking info so I can track down my package.
